County Hosts Public Joint Meeting Event for GMA Compliance

On Tuesday, October 9, Kittitas County will host a Joint Planning Commission/Board of County Commissioners to review draft proposed changes to the County's Comprehensive Plan and regulations in the effort to comply with the State's Growth Management Act . The Joint meeting will be held following the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting at the following location:
Tuesday, October 9, 6 p.m to 9:00p.m.    Kittitas County Auditorium, 205 W. 5th Avenue,  Ellensburg, WA  98926

This public meeting will focus upon proposed DRAFT changes to the Comprehensive Plan and regulations to meet the State' Growth Management Act.  This is a closed public meeting and comments will not be taken from the public nor considered prior to presentation before the County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners at public hearing.  Those wishing to review the proposals and make comment before public hearing are encouraged to attend.
