CWU Brooks Library ARC Opening Celebration

CWU Brooks Library is hosting an opening celebration for their new Academic and Research Commons (ARC) January 31, 2013 at 4:15 p.m. when President Gaudino will deliver the welcoming address, followed at 4:30 p.m. with remarks by Patricia Cutright, Dean of Libraries, and Jesse Nelson, Associate Dean of Student Achievement. Ribbon cutting ceremony will be lead by Mr. Sid Morrison, Chair, CWU Board of Trustees.

Refreshments and tours demonstrating the new smartboards, whiteboards, media scapes, projectors, camcorders collaborative spaces, and presentation rooms will follow the ceremony.

The ARC is an exciting collaboration of the Math, Writing, Tutoring, and Career Centers, combined with library services inside brooks Library to facilitate an enriching learning environment for students.
