'American Meat' Premier

Everyone is welcome to the Ellensburg premiere of the documentary "American Meat" on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. in the SURC Theatre. Admission is free and open to the public.

"American Meat" is a film examining the American meat industry. The film attempts to figure out if sustainable meat farming-as opposed to industrial produced meat-can feed America.

Following the premier will be a panel discussion on the current state of the American Agricultural system.
